The nature of handmade pottery
The wonder of handmade pottery is that each piece is unique, there will never be two pieces exactly alike. Even within a "set", pieces may vary slightly in size, weight, and/or color. These variations are to be expected and should be celebrated.
When properly cared for, this pottery can last decades or longer.
How to care for your new pottery
All functional pottery is microwave and dishwasher safe. However, I recommend handwashing your pottery to ensure its longevity.
All kitchenware pieces are food safe.
Raku pieces are meant to be decorative only. They are not washable, are not food safe, and are not meant to hold water.
Shipping
I take pride in carefully packaging and shipping my ceramic pieces to ensure they arrive safely to their destination. Please allow up to five (5) business days for order processing, packaging, and shipping of ready-made pieces.
We ship only in the United States and via the UPS and USPS.
Flat rate shipping and handling rates are based on the approximate size/weight of individual pieces. To see the shipping rate for a particular piece, please add it to your cart.
All sales are final
All sales are final. No exchanges or returns.
Replacement or refund for damaged work
Any work damaged during shipping can be replaced if there is a similar item available. If no similar piece is ready to ship, a refund will be provided.
Claims must be made within five (5) days of receipt and replacement items may take up to four (4) weeks to ship. Photo documentation of the damaged item and shipping box is required. Send claims to clee.ceramics@gmail.com.
